Ullagarn — Rebuilding Norway's largest yarn retailer for scale

Ullagarn, Norway's largest knitting and yarn retailer, had a serious operational problem: high manual labour costs, low conversion, and an e-commerce platform that couldn't scale for international expansion.

I analysed the root causes, designed a new Shopify-based platform with custom theme, product logic and database architecture, and handled the full technical migration from WooCommerce to Shopify.
