Geofy / Elvy — AI-driven lead qualification for Energy-as-a-Service

Geofy's goal is to make every homeowner self-sufficient in energy. Their Energy-as-a-Service platform needed a UX overhaul to convert website visitors into qualified leads more effectively.
The product had an AI-driven lead management flow at its core: AI handled the initial prospect dialogue, qualifying and steering leads through a conversational flow before handing them off to a human screening interface at the right moment. My job was to design that entire flow — including the critical handoff between AI-driven dialogue and human review.
I also ran UX research to validate design and business hypotheses, which directly reduced the product backlog by 50% by eliminating features that testing proved unnecessary.
Results
