Bisnode — Data-driven CRM and conversion redesign
Senior Product Designer, responsible for UX strategy, conversion optimisation and product design across the CRM platform.
Bisnode (now Dun & Bradstreet) is a leading European data analytics company providing business intelligence and CRM solutions. The challenge was to redesign the core product experience to dramatically improve how business users converted insights into action.
I led the UX redesign of the main conversion flows — restructuring how data was surfaced, how users navigated between insights, and how the product guided users toward high-value actions. The work combined UX research, information architecture and detailed interaction design to remove friction from the core usage patterns.
